As a Chef, I personally craft Pumpkin & Kale meals and snacks for full on flavor and health benefits. As a Mom, I make sure that every product is as wholesome, hygienically handled and delivered to your table with the same love and attention as the meals delivered to my family table.

Pumpkin and Kale was created in 2018 with the goal of providing Delicious and Healthy Plant-based Meal Plans and products that are specifically customized to each client's needs.
