Follicular Phase⁠
The first phase is the follicular phase that goes on for about 14 days, starting from the first day of your period towards the point where you begin ovulating. A high estrogen level is required during this period to support implantation.⁠
Pumpkin Seeds and Flax Seeds:⁠
Pumpkin seeds and flax seeds are the best seeds given in this phase due to their estrogen-promoting properties. Pumpkin and flax seeds are rich in essential fatty acids and multiple nutrients, including zinc and selenium, which are considered as the building blocks for these hormones. For 14 days, take 1 tbsp—each of both pumpkin and flax seeds. ⁠
Make sure to eat the exact amount of 1 tbsp each to achieve a therapeutic response.⁠
