The Raw Food Plan is for those looking for optimal freshness and the most natural approach to veganism that still promotes maximum absorption of nutrients. This plan has been carefully designed to offer the foods that have most nutrients in them when in their raw state with a little of those that release their nutrients better when cooked. Expect to feel hydrated, energised and satisfied!
