Our Low carbs Meal plan has been designed for people who would like to reduce carbs consumption, changing carbs for cauliflower rice, shirataki rice, swap pasta for zucchini pasta or chickpea pasta, bread is replaced by our delicious homemade crackers, this plan is also perfect if you wish to lose weight without frustration.
Calories are between 1100/1300 per day
Our food is freshly made everyday, Deliveries are from Monday to Friday, between 5am to 7am (we can arrange early deliveries)
