We have a selection of Five  different  Meal plans that will help you achieve your goals:

• Pre/Menopause

Our food is freshly made everyday, Deliveries are from Monday to Friday, between 5am to 7am (we can arrange early deliveries) 

In your bag you will get: Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner and a Drink 

After ordering you will receive a call from our team to customise your Meal Plan if needed. 

We usually advice to start our Meal Plan on a Monday to enjoy the full experience.
