I have always loved to cook, over the past 10 years, I have come closer to raw vegan cuisine and it is with her that I have longed for.
But I also like to enjoy comforting meals and those meals I find them in the traditional cuisine of my childhood, a good plant-based quiche Lorraine accompanied by homemade fries or simply with nice lettuce and a vinaigrette, it's delicious.
A mushroom bourguignon will keep everyone in the house happy.
